Getting fit during pregnancy?
I am 21 weeks along and have gained about 15 pounds, but I am starting to feel it in my body. My arms and legs aren’t as toned as they used to be and the love handles are coming! I know gaining weight it normal and I plan to be healthy, but will I be able to tone. I bought a pregnancy aerobics video to start this week and I was wondering if I will be able to tone my legs, arms, and sides… carefully.
Sure just make sure you are doing stuff specific to pregnancy. There is a great pregnancy workout video called “buff moms to be”. Its by the same lady who does buff brides which I used before my wedding. Good luck!
